Our Cleaning Process
Indoor + Outdoor Clean
– Our team will come to the job site, and first locate your indoor and outdoor units. Then, both units will be completely dismantled, removing all covers and filters to gain access to coils and fan blades. Our team then inspects the units for any damage.
– For the indoor unit, our team members will put a waterproof bib around it to contain liquids and debris.
– Our team will then rinse, followed by coating coils and fins with a citrus based eco-friendly cleaning solution. Next, our team will allow emulsification of debris by the cleaning agent for several minutes. Then rinse and repeat until perfection.
– Next, the fan blades will be coated and rinsed until water runs clear and all debris has been removed (carbon deposits, mold, and other pollutants).
– Our team will then ensure a clean shell for both exterior and interior units leaving them spotless. Units are then reassembled and tested before job completion.
